How do I receive my embroidery designs after purchase?
All designs are available for instant download. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link, and the files will also be accessible in your account dashboard under 'My Downloads'.
What file formats do you provide for the designs?
We support all major embroidery machine formats including PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, and XXX. You can select your preferred format at the time of download.
Can I resize the designs I purchase?
While you can resize designs using embroidery software, we do not recommend scaling them more than 10-20% as it can compromise stitch density and final quality. For best results, use the size provided.
What is your refund policy on digital products?
Due to the digital nature of embroidery designs, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will fix the design or provide a replacement.
Are these designs licensed for commercial use?
Yes, your purchase includes a limited commercial license. You may stitch our designs onto physical items for sale, but you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital design files themselves.
Do you offer custom digitizing services?
Currently, we focus on providing our curated library of high-quality designs and do not offer individual custom digitizing services at this time.
